I need to go away alone

I feel so alone and can't stop crying when I think of my mother. I need to get away alone for a while and was wondering if there were any places where you can go when you're bereaved? Is there a retreat or something of the like? A bit of counselling would help but I don't know how to find it. I feel so very down and can't pick myself up.

Sorry for your loss.
When did you lose your mum?
I know when my dd died I went to bed pulled the duvet over my head and stayed there for weeks. It didn't help.
Counselling really helped me although at first i found it very hard and upsetting at first.
Everyone deals with grief differently.

I’m so very sorry for your loss. I completely understand because my mum died unexpectedly in October.

I looked at a yoga retreat called The Tree, in Yorkshire, but I haven’t been able to go yet because my daughter has been very ill. This is the sort of thing my mum would’ve supported me with and I miss her so much.
