Lost of my beautiful daughter

My six days old baby died without no disease, I want to know when I will start to try for another baby.

I am so so sorry for the loss of your daughter. I lost my son 6 and a half weeks ago when he was 14 hours old and I know how devastating it is. It is like the world should stop but it doesn't and it makes me so angry.

Re: having more children. I absolutely understand your drive to have more children. You can't ever replace the baby you have lost but you want to experience motherhood as you dreamed of not as a grieving mother.

It depends on the circumstances how long you would have to wait before trying again. I had a c section so I have to wait at least 3-6 months before conceiving again. Sometimes c section scars require longer (depends on the type of c section).

For me the more limiting factor is being emotionally and mentally ready to try to conceive again. I have to be ready for it not to work and deal with the monthly negative tests. I have to be ready for nature to be cruel and, should I get pregnant, I may have a miscarriage. I have to be prepared for finding out something is wrong at the 20 week scan. It would be a stressful and traumatic pregnancy so I have to be stronger than I am right now before I attempt this. And obviously my husband too.

Obviously we are all different so you must go with the path that feels right to you.
