He was only with us for a short while and on the 6th of May 2005 he lost his battle with cancer. He was 2 years old.

His Mother and Father work tirelessly fundraising for research so that no other child or family should need to go through what they have experienced.

Today will be a day for reflection, how lucky I am that me and my children dont know their suffering. Connor was absolutely the sweetest child and is missed so much XXX

Just read his story. Poor family, cannot imagine how hard that was and still is for them

ZZMum · 06/05/2007 12:34

why do I read these posts and reduce myself to tears... I should know better by now... but that was such a heartbreaking story and makes you appreciate how much we have ... it can also be easily snatched away... the family sound, as did connor, amazing...

shonaspurtle · 06/05/2007 12:35

Thinking of that lovely little boy and his family.
xxxxx
Reading his story, made me cry.

stoppinattwo · 06/05/2007 14:02

When I first read connors story, I cried, i dont know anyone who wouldnt, It really helped his family thoug writing it. It is so candid.

Kate said that writing it all down made it all reality. She could face what had happened and share it with others.........at the same time raising awareness for the research appeal.

I'm so sorry for the family. I cannot bring myself to read the story, I cannot bring myself to do it.

Uki · 08/05/2007 04:04

The story of Connor's life written, by his mother is the most beautifully written and deeply sad story I have ever read. Couldn't stop sobbing for them, I felt their pain. What a brave brave family, Connor must be very missed.
Thank you for sharing this.
