Adrenaline and denial

My mum passed away 4 days ago. It all happened quickly. So quickly that I was on a plane trying to get to her when she died. I found out when I landed in Dubai and then made the rest of the journey knowing she had gone. And now I am in her house with a friend trying to sort out everything. So tired and so confused and everything I am having to do is a heartbreak.

Feeling for you, southernharp. My mum died when I was on the other side of the world.

How are you doing? Thinking of you.

My mum passed away on the same day as your mum. She had been in a coma for a week, I didn't even get to speak with her.
Sending you big hugs. An event like this changes your life forever.
