Oh, that's not good YG. I guess calling the funeral directors could be your first port of call. If it isn't them who deal with it I am sure they can tell you who to contact.

yes i believe it is the funeral directors as they we're the ones that put it in - sorry this has happen yg xx

the people who made and set in the head stone 'have' to come out and put it right, there was a big probv here recently with council forcing them down trying to make people pay £100's to have ground work done and them re instated (council held hands up in end and paid for damage their bloody machines did as grandad/gnana's was one of them), but after only such a short time, they are def at fault.
did you take out insurance with it?, not that youll need it as its less than a year

Am glad you've got them on the ball but terrible that it happened at all, really.

Good that you spotted it before the council did - mine is as bad as Pinkchick's and has been upsetting a lot of people by knocking headstones over.
