Mum died last month, it broke my heart. I've never been so heartbroken... or so I thought. Fast forward 6 weeks later and my Dad's been diagnosed with terminal cancer. I have to do this all again. I just said goodbye to my lovely mum, now my lovely dad is going too. I just can't cope....

Bless you ,dig deep, be there for your dad as much as you can. There is no going back. My mum died at the beginning of May . My dad died 34 years ago. Now an orphan and thinking of mum every day?

You poor love, what a lot to have to cope with Flowers.

Has your dad been given any kind of time-frame of what to expect?

And do you have any support for yourself in real life?

So sad for you, Hotpink. Jenny put it well and you do have to dig very deep indeed for this. I've never been in such a position but know that RL support is vital and MN is the bees' knees.

You can lean on us. Thanks
