How to deal with the next 2 weeks

I have just had a scan which has shown a pregnancy sac but nothing else visable and smaller than it should be for 9 weeks.
I have to go back in 2 weeks for another scan to see what has happened but the doctor was pretty sure that I have miscarried
I work full time and at the moment I really don't know if I can face going to work everyday for the next 2 weeks but then do I really want to be sat around at home on my own?

Whoops - so sorry to hear this. No advice, I'm afraid, but I'll be thinking of you.

Thanks for your messages
I am feeling loads better now - having dd & ds to concentrate on has helped.
I have come to the conclusion that it must have happened weeks ago and that it had happened for a reason.
I am going to take tomorrow off work but email everyone to tell them what has happened, that way they can talk about it with me not being there and get it out of their system then go back on Tuesday.(they must know something isn't right as I didn't return from the scan)
I can now see that the next 2 weeks aren't going to be as bad as they looked on Friday

How are you doing Whoops? Glad to see you were feeling better yesterday. You might find you're a bit all over the place, so don't rush back to work if you don't feel like it.

One thing I did find was that I really wanted to talk about it to people, but it made them feel awkward I guess as they didn't know what to say, so it wasn't that easy. Anyway, I'm here if you want to talk.

Thank you x
I'm am finding it easier as I tell people. Keep having ups and downs though.
We told loads of people early on about the baby saying that if anything happened we'd deal with it but I have found it harder than I thought
I have managed to get my appoinment brought forward a few days too.
