It's shocking how time flies by - it's 8 months since my 3 year old boy died and it many ways it seems like yesterday.

It must be hard to put your little girls to bed and then have that empty space in the eve. I'm sure you're doing Nigel proud.

You're so right - life is too short to worry about the what ifs and the little stuff - we have to make the most of life and what we do have.
