Help, I cannot cope with this for much longer. When I had my 10 week scan in May06, I was told the baby had stopped developing 3 weeks earlier as I had a "blighted ovum". I was advised to let nature take its course. When nothing happened after 2 weeks I opted for the ERPC. For weeks afterwards I was bleeding and in pain. It seems the ERPC was unsuccessful and I lost a large clot a while later. After this, the bleeding stopped but I now have discharge and back and tummy pains alll the time. I know something is not right. My GP has given me 4 lots of very strong antibiotics so far but they have not done any good. I have been back to the hospital several times and nobody can find out what is wrong. I am unable to sleep or concentrate because of all the worry. I think I am going mad.

marimoo i don;t know what to say but didn't want you to tink you had been ignored. I have had something wrong with me (nothing like your problem) as long as i can remeber but it has never been fully diagnosed or treated so i know it can be frustrating and every g.p/hospital visit seems hopeless. I hope you manage to get this sorted soon.

Hugs to you.

Thanks for your replies. Yes I was rescanned. The lady doing the scans said that there was something there that "may have been signs of infection", a fact that seemed to be ignored by Drs at the hospital. I have another scan lined up for 15th Nov. Did you have PID QuootieSpookypie? If so is it all sorted now?
Luckily my supervisor at work noticed the state I was getting in and he has put me on to office duties rather that the usual public stuff that I do. Just as well really, doesn't look good being in tears all the time!
