I can't hold my tears anymore

Sorry, please excuse me because I find this very difficult to put into words. It has taken me more than a year to put my feelings down.

My Nan is unwell, she has had multiple strokes and is now under 24 hour care from my Grandad. This has been going on for 2 years, she also has dementia brought on by the stroke, and blindness.

I need someone to hold my hand, because all I want to do is climb a hill , and shout & cry.

Don't want you to feel alone. Do you have any support in RL? xx

Is there anyone who can support you and your grandad? It would be worth speaking to your GP, I know it's difficult but just tell them what you've told us.
Coping with somebody with such high needs is difficult and draining, you both deserve some help and support.
