My grandfather has died, finding it really hard

My 89 year old Grandfather has died after a short and unexpected illness, he has left behind his 94 year old wife who is totally bereft after nearly 70 years of marriage. I feel immense guilt at not spending time with them over recent years despite the fact that they were a very big part of my childhood.
I just can't believe he's gone, just want to see him one last time....

When my grandad died I was devastated even though he was 94. You have every right to grieve - you clearly loved him very much xxx
