And it's not exactly like you're in the mood for shopping around is it? Or feel that it's appropriate? I remember after my Mum's funeral I kind of wished I had - I just went with the firm I'd heard most about, and actually they were OK but not fantastic (and made a couple of really stupid errors) and only had one choice of coffin which wasn't what we'd had in mind, and turned out to be expensive compared to others.

I dont know how I would cope with doing something like this. I know I would want the best to give to a loved one. The cost is really stupid. I dont know if I should make plans for mine, so the dc wont have to worry about it.
