Sudden death of a friend.

My friend was killed in an accident this week. She was 39 and has left behind two young children. I'm not sure why I am posting. I think I still cannot believe it. :(

It's so incomprehensible, the magnitude of this sort of loss.

I am so sorry. That is truly tragic. A friend of mine also died suddenly in an accident when she was 36, so I understand the shock. She died over ten years ago but I only recently visited her grave as she was buried in her home country. I found seeing her grave very upsetting, and I think that a sudden shocking death can take a long while to process, so allow yourself time and space to grieve .

Our daughters are a year apart in age. It scares me to think of mine being left without me and then I feel guilty for having those thoughts.
