It's the anniversary of my sisters death.

It still seems so unreal and unnatural.
I am doing so much better than I was a year ago and I just wanted to thank everyone here and on my 'I can't stop bloody eating' thread for getting me through those months.
I am so grateful to all of you who took the time to listen to me

Thanks

How are you feeling today Pag?

RandallFloyd · 22/04/2014 18:17

So sorry I missed this, Pag.
Anniversaries are a weird time aren't they?
It's very difficult to describe the sheer range of feelings they bring up.

Really glad you're feeling better but don't beat yourself up if you take a little step backwards for a few days.
First anniversaries are especially hard so make sure you allow yourself to feel whatever emotions present themselves.

It's ok to need the world to just fuck off for 5 minutes.

Thanks

Anniversaries are so very hard, be kind to yourself and eat whatever you like. Thanks
