Support for parents of teenagers with cancer?

A friend of mine has just had the devastating news that his 16 year old son has cancer. He is undergoing treatment but the prognosis really isn't good.

My friend would like some counselling or support, although he is battling with himself for "being selfish" by wanting any support at all (his words).

Does anyone know of any organisations that offer services for people in his situation?

Many thanks

Teenage Cancer Trust \link{https://www.teenagecancertrust.org/main\here}, beansprout.
Also Sargent Cancer Care for children \link{http://www.sargent.org\here}

Hope one of these can help. My understanding is that Malcolm Sargent has a specific remit to support the whole family. So very sorry to hear about your friend's son :(
