Any advice on anembryotic pregnancy?

Had a scan last week which showed two sacs. I was miscarrying a twin. The other was seen to have a heart beat and appeared fine. I would be only about 9 weeks pg.
I went in today for a further scan.
Sac was seen but no beanie with heartbeat. The sac was empty.
I have had no symtoms...No bleeding nothing.
Has anyone had this happen to them ?

Oinker please forgive me for sounding a little silly was the empty sac the lost twin?

Have just been reading preg after m/c thread. I have to say that it all sounds a little odd, is there any way you could get a private scan done? Sounds as if they were looking atthe wrong sac

I was just looking them up on the internet..
£85.00 a go..
I'm just going to wait.
I will get a definate ansa either way next week.
It's not that long to wait.

It'll feel like a lifetime though hun.
What about your epu? They may be able to shed some light onto what's happening.

Is there no way yu could call up epu and ask them? Maybe they can fit you in? If all else fails go to a&e
