Message for first birthday card after death of a partner

Need to write a card to someone that lost their partner earlier this year.

Struggling to word the message. Any suggestions welcome.

'Thinking of you on your birthday' in a blank card with a nice picture on the front.

I would say something like "thinking of you. Look after yourself and hope you have a good day".

I have deliberately selected a card which doesn't say 'hope this is the best birthday'.
