Thinking of you Jangus

I really really hope you don't mind me starting this thread, Jangus, but I know that Lilli-Mae's anniversary is around now and I just wanted to let you know that I am thinking of you and said a prayer for her today.

so thoughtful of you mrsdarcy. Lilli-Mae should have been celebrating her first birthday yesterday. life is unfair.

You poor love, Jangus. It must be so difficult for you.

A friend of mine whose 1st child was stillborn goes each year with the family to her DD's grave and they take balloons and flowers. She now thinks of the day as being her DD's birthday, rather than anniversary and she makes it a very peaceful, family day.

I hope that over the years you and your family will find a way of incorporating Lilli-Mae's absence into your lives although I'm sure at the moment you just want your baby in your arms

I hope you don't mind me joining your thread but I have read about your lovely daughter Jangus and wondered how you are. I lost my beautiful boy because he had a knot in his cord and he died on his due date. I have been feeling really down as none of my friends acknowledged me yesterday on Mother's Day and he only died 10 months ago. I am sure that they were thinking of me but sometimes you just want to know don't you?

Jangus - I truely hope Marina's 'one year and a day' rule is starting to kick in for you:)

Ooh, that was my Grandfather and my Uncle's name - and has now been passed on to my cousins children (no males in my cousins generation), so very much a family name for me!

cousins 'child' not children - can you imagine calling all your children the same name - durrr

I have been reading alot of the past postings and now have a sore nose from blowing it so much tonight!! People on here have some really nice ideas and messages. It's also good to know that I can post what I want and not be bothered about whether someone is then going to worry about me!! Sometimes it's hard to make a comment without close friends and family going into a worried frenzy!!

Thanks Bubble - i keep thinking I really ought to go but it can get a bit addictive and I am surprised how much better I feel just by typing that first message. It's got a bit out of my system I suppose.
