Why and why here?

I suppose if you're going to have a miscarriage at 12 weeks it's crap whever you are. But I ask you, on the other side of the world while sharing a house with your parents in law.......don't know what else to say really. I feel absolutely dreadful and I miss all my friends and family so much it hurts. I feel like I have to keep concentrating hard on how lovely DH and DD are or my heart will break.

Thanks again everyone, so much. I've been on the phone to few people now and had the scan to confirm it all and I feel a bit better. DH has been marvellous and we've both been so thankful for DD's lovely little face. She said 'I love you' today for the first time - without any prompting. Although it sounded more like ' I lump oo' - who cares I know what she meant. I know I'll have loads of ups and downs emotionally but I guess this one just wasn't meant to be.
