Our beautiful daughter would have been 6yrs old today.

If Roses grow in Heaven,
Lord please pick a bunch for me,
Place them in my daughters arms
and tell her they're from me.
Tell her I love her and miss her,
and when she turns to smile,
place a kiss upon her cheek
and hold her for awhile.
Because remembering her is easy,
I do it every day,
but there's an ache within my heart
that will never go away.

We all love and miss you very much. Your big sister, brother and nephew talk about you all the time and remember those dancing feet of yours (we all do!). They hope you are entertaining everyone in heaven with your amazing love and talent for music and dance.

Your little brothers and sister have been told all about you and point you out in pictures. As they grow bigger they too will know what a beautiful, amazing and brave big sister you are.

Rā Whānau ki a Koe! 'HAPPY BIRTHDAY'

Kahore he pouri ekore etaea ete aroha 'There is no darkness love cannot light'

May god Bless you and keep you. xx 20.07.06 - 16.01.09 xx

Thank you.

Our DDs name is Juliet Aroha Dawn (Aroha is 'Love' in Maori). She was known as 'Jet-Jet' or 'Jelly-Jet'(Dnephew could'nt prn her name so came up with this).

There are so many things we remember about her but the one thing she is most rememberd for by all her knew her is her passion for music and the fact she never stoped dancing!

Right from the start music calmed her. She would mover her arms and head along to music before she could even sit. By the time she could walk at 13mths there was no stoping her!! She would sit for ages listening to me play piano or violin and then get up and start dancing around. I taught her some simple Kapa Hakas (maori dances) and she would beg me to show her more ''mumma more kapa, show me kapa''. She was desperate to start dance and violin lessons.

Her favorite pieces of music were Paganini concerto no2 in B minor, Beethoven violin concerto in D major and Tchaikovsky concerto in D Major. But as she wasnt to fussy to could be classical, jazz or rock as long as she thought the music had a good sound she would dance Grin.

What lovely, joyful memories. I hope Juliet's spirit is dancing somewhere today

mybootsaremuddy · 20/07/2012 23:17

Not offended at all Lainey.
We always have the radio on quietly in the kitchen all day and everytime ive walked passed it today ive stoped and closed my eyes.... I can picture her dancing in a field of wheat and poppies with her soft brown curls swishing around her delicate olive cheeks with a grin from ear to ear, arms outstretched in delight as butterflys and bees flutter by.
