Losing a parent and wasting away?

I had a difficult bereavement this year and have difficulty sleeping and eating, quite aside from the loss - I'm getting so thin and don't have any energy; I'm getting some help, and hope to get better soon, but wondered if anyone else has been through this? I can see logically what I'm doing to myself but it's like being in a well and not being able to climb out

I lost a lot of weight when dad was near tge end and after. All I can saw us try and find something you can get down you, I managed for quite a while of crunchy Nut cornflakes.

Have you sought any help?

I am trying to get some help now, and if the worst comes to the worst I suppose I can curl up in a ball for a while; sorry to hear you struggled a bit, how are you getting on now? Did you need help to get out of it?

Well I did but not the normal sort I ended up pregnant so whilst I had a hellish time when pregnant now he is here it has helped. Btw I didn't get pg on purpose just realised that's how it sounds. I know that once things have settled down I will have to get some help.
