but god i have just lost my ex DH. I am heartbroken. He was my childhood sweetheart, my lover, father of our two DC and my soul mate. Though we coulnt live together we still loved each other.

I dont know what to do next

Oh I am so sorry, how awful, was it a shock? My thoughts go to you, your children and his family.

I am very sorry for your loss; it must be devastating for you and your children. I hope you have someone with you to support you as the news sinks in. Come back and talk more about how you feel if it helps.

I am devastated. It is all so unreal. It has been referred to the coroner as we don't know why, but judging by the insulin needles around him it is thought diabetes is to blame. It,s breaking my heart that he died all alone and trying to inject himself.
Our dc are young adults but it has really hit them hard too.

Tiger, I am so sorry to hear of your loss. You and your DC must be utterly heartbroken.

If it helps, in time, speak to Cruse - they are brilliant. They also have a website with a forum, counselling service, etc., for young adults (between 16-25 I believe) RD4U It may well be useful in time for your children. Thinking of you all.

Thanks for all your kind words.

It's hard, I cant even keep busy by doing things that need to be done as we need a death certificate.

I miss him so much
