In the last 9 months i have had to deal with a family bereavement and a anniversary of a bereavement. I have been really down but finally thought things were looking up. However, now I am getting hassles at work and tears are now rolling down my face.

Brew here's a nice cuppa, it's okay to have a good cry - always helps me and I usually feel better for it.

Losing someone is always hard and must make the other anniversary even more raw. When I think of my mum I hope she is proud of me and how I've coped as a mum without her. Sometimes it reminds me to show my babies how much I love them more.
