nosebleeds- 3 this morning and one at teatime, paranoid about choking in the night

Seeking reassurance that my 2 yr DS's nosebleeds are a normal thing- he's been on and off ill over the last few weeks with vom bug, temperature, cold, etc, as have his parents. Out of nowhere he had 2 really heavy nosebleeds this morning, and a light one at teatime. 2 docs said was normal, especially at the end of a run of illness, all other symptoms totally normal. Am paranoid he might have another one and choke in the night, even though he mainly sleeps on his front. He's never really had them before you see- anyone else got experience/ reassurance.....?

My DS has had frequent nosebleeds in the past, like yours it was often after an illness, also often at night and he was always fine. I shouldn't worry.
