does anyone give there children omega 3

i dont know if this is the right place for this
iv just started to give my dd1 6yrs omega 3 medicine to try and help her concerntrate at school as she is being naughty at school and home and does no work at school as she cant concerntrate for more than a min
has anyone else tried omega 3 and has it worked

Stuff where do you live .. you say yo don't have good access to wholemeal bread ?

We all take it--mainly to help keep healthy skin. My doc. told me it's good to keep up healthy cholesterol levels and fish oil helps with this.

I also give it to our dogs if their coats are dry. It stops them scratching.

no, I would have to make my own to know that it was wholemeal and not just brown
