Does my son have aspergers?

Hi im new to this so plse bear with me, my 8 year old ds has sensory diff,+dyspraxia. he is being assesed for asp but i dont think he has, he does have a few traits and is soon going to the communication unit does anyone no what they do there? my ds does not seem able to really listen and fully take in what i say its as if hes distr and u get the blank look, he looses it if he starts reading a bk and cant finish it,same with xbox games has to finish leval or he goes off on 1 for ages. he also accuses me of saying things and promises ive never said then gets upset . are these as traits? if someone can help id b v gratefull,ta winno

p.s we started the ball rolling when he was in p1, it has only been 8 mths or so probably much more since he was seen by the consultant. its a on going thing and even then your not grtd a diagnosis not sure what to do if they say they dont no why or that he doesnt tick all the boxes cos thats what it comes down to, then they dont get a lot of help................ ds is a gentle wee boy appears very shy at times. he would love to play and he does try but looks out of place, he does have 1 pal who he has played with since nursery but hes a bit dominant of ds and ds does e,thing hes told so he keeps his 1 pal,they do fit well 2 gther and his pal looks after him, theree very close in asome ways. that was a long p.s catch u later.
