Do you think they are any good? Or do you hate them? And if so, why either way?

I thought about getting some, but my little boy is now 7 and a half months, so I am wondering whether it would still be worthwhile...

I could have gone out for dinner and a movie if I had Baby Mozart on a loop for dc1.

Calmed her and held her spellbound(I don't know why!)

My DS, 22 months, loves them, especially Baby McDonald. We'll sit with him most of the time and explain what the puppets are doing, and he's learned and recognizes the cow, pig, car, house, etc. in the DVDs. I picked up a whole set of 30 for 30 quid, and he asks for them, saying "yawo" which is his version of "e-i-e-i-o" because they sing it on Baby McDonald.

Obv won't make baby smarter, but used with discretion and not for long periods I really don't think they can hurt.
