Hi my son turned 3 in july he started pre school and hes been nursery when he turned 2. Hes settled but he doesn’t seem to listen to teacher as teacher told me he needs to listen like he wont sit for carpet time and starts playing with taps and wets his jumper everyday. Ive tried praising him and encouraging him to behave but hes like no!

Has the Teacher given you any advice on how you might get him to behave when he’s in your care?

How was he in Nursery @justamum000? Did they have any concerns about him sitting during carpet time or taking part in other activities?

I think the first thing I would do is this simple progress checker, just to make sure he understands the instructions from his Teacher?

It is better to train the child for this as he is too small to learn through lessons. You could reinforce him for listening to his teacher. You could also provide him reinforcement for not wetting his clothes.
