My nephew is 2 years old and has a very reduced speech. He only says a few words and the rest are actions or behavioral tantrums. He shows aggression and is keen to get everything which he wishes otherwise throws tantrums. Both the parents work and they are the only two at the house. In evening the mother goes for the job while the morning shift of job has to be performed by the father. What could be done for the child so his speech develops properly, his behavior get normal and the development of the child gets smoother?
