Has anyone been in this situation thinking there child is autistic and doesn't end up getting a diagnosis? Im so scared thinking my child may be autistic i don't want him to struggle.. I have a sister who is autistic and she needs 24/7 care.. I know the spectrum is wide but I cant help to think my child may need the same care in the future and I don't want that for him 😑 ..

He was seen by a health nurse and she said she can see some traits, he does receptive play but also play with toys normally like getting on his electric car switching on the buttons, loves colouring, and playing with his toys which I think looks pretty normal.. He has little speech ,he randomly says no,ya,go,mama and dadda.. he says mama when hes around me .. he would say no appropriately if he didnt want something but i didnt hear him say it in awhile.. he brings me toys to play with him ,he loves when I sings songs to him that he knows, he waits for me to do the actions of the songs.. he can sing the abc song ..he can pick up his cocomelon character toys and say them by there names maybe 2 or 3 of them which I found amazing because I didnt know them myself lol I had to google was he saying them by there names.. he doesnt like been around his other siblings 6 and 10.. he sits down at the kitchen table and eats his food calmly using a fork and drinking out of a cup.. looks at me when I call his name most of the time.. when we're outside i say bye bye he will look back and follow me.. He doesnt have tantrums..sleep is OK.. he spins around few times a day..he repeats some kind of sounds sometimes ( sorry dont know how to explain that but hope ye understand) ,he chews on fabrics ,he doesnt wave or point ..sorry for the long post but just need to write this down and see if there is anyone with a similar story
