Worried about my 15 month old’s development despite no professional concerns

I am pretty worried about my son’s development or that he may be autistic but everyone keeps telling me I am going crazy. He is 15 months

He has been delayed with milestone, only started bum shuffling at 14 months, still isn’t pulling up or even remotely interested in walking or standing ,

He does respond to his name but often if distracted he will not respond, he has very good eye contact, a few words, very social and smiley. He does not clap, wave or point, he used to clap and has now stopped. I just feel like I am going mental, one day I am fully convinced the next I am like there is no way. I just feel he is very behind compared to others his age, when I am around other kids his age I leave feeling so sad and deflated

HV, doctor and physio don’t really have any concerns

If he’s not standing, does he bear weight in his legs if you hold his hands @Anonymousjjjx?

Yeah he can weight bear

Bearing weight is a really good sign. Crawling has been removed from the milestones as it was such an unreliable indicator and walking isn’t a concern until they’re 18 months so that’s a bit off yet.

If you’re really worried have you filled in the 16 month Ages & Stages, although bear in mind that he’s right at the very lower age limit for that assessment.

It might also be worth filling in the 18 month Social & Emotional Ages & Stages.

Let us know how you get on with both of those Flowers
