Would parents pay for children’s emotional development story and activity sessions?

Hi everyone,

I’m a primary school teacher (currently Year 1, 2 years’ experience) and I’m starting to think about moving out of the classroom. I’d still love to work with children, but with more of a focus on emotional development.

I’m exploring an idea for small sessions for young children based around stories and simple activities. Each session would focus on a different emotion (e.g. feeling worried, angry, or sad), using a story like Ruby’s Worry, followed by a gentle activity (for example, drawing people they can go to for help, or talking about ways to manage that feeling).

This is very much at the early idea stage, so I’d really value honest opinions from parents:
– Is this something you’d be interested in for your child?
– Would you be likely to pay for something like this?
– If so, what would you expect from it (group size, length, cost, etc.)?

Any thoughts or suggestions would be hugely appreciated!
