I had an affair it lasted 1 year and ended November 2025. I have since cut contact with the other man and changed my workplace so that I dont see him anymore. OM is also married with kids and has promised not to tell anyone. I have been with my husband for 25 years we are in our 40s and have 2 kids in their late teens. DH is unlikely to find out unless I tell him but I just cant stop thinking about the affair. Should I confess? Things have greatly improved in our marrige lately.
