How do I know if my 1 year old has a secure attachment to me?

I'm not sure if its my PND talking but I feel lately my 1 year old seems to favor her Dad and Granny over me.
I can come and go as I please with no reaction. If her Dad or Granny leaves she cries so hard and even harder when she's handed to me. If they are in the house, she'll just want them, I'm overlooked completely.

When we're alone she's fine, she'll interact and cuddle and all sorts.

How can I tell if she has a secure attachment with me? What ways can I improve it?

I just feel she sees me as the babysitter that she doesn't want to stay with when they are around.

Bumping this because I feel for you.

it’s hard having pnd. Have you had any support for it?

Things are improving. I suffered with insomnia for as long as I remember, so doctor has put me on mirtazapine. I'm finally sleeping and seeing things a little clearer 😊

My little one is simply a Daddys girl.

Thanks for bumping 🥰
