Sleepcurve Mattress or The Perfect Noggin?

Does anyone have any experience with either of these mattresses for treating (not preventing) flat head syndrome? Or does anyone have any other advice for how to treat it other than osteopath/physio/repositioning?

My son has a terribly flat head and I'm losing sleep because of it, I'm so terrified it won't equal out. I know most people say their child's did but mine is so extreme on one side I'm so anxious to get it sorted for him because for all the "it was fine" stories the handful of people who say their child has a wonky head months/years later always stick in my brain.

I've taken him to see an osteopath and he has NHS physiotherapy starting on monday, he has muscle tightness and will only ever look to the right/can only look slightly beyond the middle to the left and spends hours on the flat side at night because i can't physically reposition him when he's asleep.

During the day he's only on it during feeds and nappy changes, and i bought a babymoov flat head pillow for playtime. He's started doing around 30 mins of tummy time and day and sleeps on my chest during the day but it's the night that's the problem.

People with flat headed children, what's your experience and what actually helped?
