Does attachment disorder behaviour show up everywhere or only with primary caregiver?

I'm trying to figure out if my child (6) has attachment disorder or something else. I took them for a nuerodevelepmental assessment and the professionals ruled out all SEN and said her negative behaviour towards me (hitting etc) is because of emotional issues and because they only show up with me I'm emotionally abusing them. I don't think I am? I can be a bit scatty sometimes and can't always keep up with their high energy and always wanting to play and have my attention but I've never neglected them. Their behaviour is good at school and with another relatives when they stay with them (anecdotally).

I was wondering if anyone knows if attachment disorder negative behaviours show up everywhere or just the environment where their needs aren't met.

Edited to add, obviously I want the best for my child and if it is attachment disorder, want to do everything in my power to help fix that, I just need to make sure I'm doing the right thing.
