Nearly 7yo is out of control

I need help. My daughter turns 7 in just over a month.
she’s becoming increasingly impossibly to control.
she’s totally fine at school so she can behave but nothing I say or do at home has no baring on her behaviour.
she thrusts her hips around and does weird giggles, she took her 9yp brothers foot and shoved it between her legs; she took my baby’s hand and used it to try and scratch between her legs. Always touching her private’s and pulling her knickers down. Always talking about bums willys and Minnie’s. I’ve no idea where this behaviour has come from but it’s getting increasingly worse.
she’s defiant, promises to behave and doesn’t. She stomps her feet and screams the house down. Wakes my baby up on purpose. The list is endless.
ive got to the point I don’t want to take her out anywhere which then punishes my other children.
Ive started her on magnesium supplements to try and balance her a bit. She goes without treats etc but nothing works. Then come the end of the day I feel guilty cos all I’ve done is tell her off, she can be very sweet and helpful but I feel it’s overshadowed by her bad and inappropriate behaviour.
what more can I do?

You need to tackle her touching herself first and getting others involved. That is not normal behaviour and usually follow a child being sexually assaulted.

Talk to the NSPCC about this behaviour avd see what they can suggest.
