Has your toddler 1yo ever uncontrollably cried and arched their back like this? Looking for advice and shared experiences.

Hi everyone, I’m feeling quite worried about my 1-year-old son. Recently, he has been arching his back very strongly and crying uncontrollably only at night. The only way to settle him is by standing and rocking him, but whenever I try to put him down, he starts crying and arching his back again. This has been happening frequently, and he seems very uncomfortable and distressed.
Has anyone else experienced this with their baby or toddler? What was the cause? How did you manage it? Any advice or reassurance would be greatly appreciated.

Hpw is his poop? It sounds as though he may be reacting to a food or his milk?

That sounds almost definitely some kind of digestive issue causing a lot of discomfort and pain. Try to work out what’s triggering it, maybe an allergy. It probably needs a visit to the GP.
