Am I feeding my baby too much?

My baby is 12 weeks old, she was born 5lb 12 however is now 12lb ish as a guess - she was 11lb 4 a few weeks ago. She’s taking 5oz mostly every 3 hours except through night where she normally goes around one 4 or 5 hour stretch then back to 3. The doctors mentioned I may be feeding her to much - what’s people’s thoughts? She is always in pain with her stomach and wind and recently it’s got worse

I bottle feed my baby (9 months now) and was always of the train of thought that he'd eat when he's hungry and not eat when he's full, so far it's seemed to work. If she's eating she obviously needs/wants it, I personally wouldn't change that. My boy is now 22lbs at 9 months but he is long and there isn't an ounc of fat on him!

So if she’s 12lbs she should be having roughly 30fliz a day if she’s FF. is that what’s she’s having?
