Entertaining 9 month old - Ideas thread? :)

Was wondering if we could share ideas and inspirations because I know I for one need them!

Ds used to love - door bouncer, stacking cups, his walker, peek a blocks toys, anything that banged....

Now he likes - sitting on my lap, and watching the tweenies. And that's it...

And once we've watched tweenies twice in one day I'm beginning to think that's enough tv for a baby. We go for walks but after 20-odd minutes he's had enough. We go to a baby group twice a week which is great but there's no tumbletots or anything near by.

Any ideas???

My dd 8 months loves;

Emptying boxes, shape sorters and bags. Basically fill anything up with anything and shell empty it.
Standing. I bought a fisherprice ball tower where you stand and roll the balls down. She stands up holding on and banging the balls on the top.
