Are all 3 year old boys feral?!

I have a 3.5 year old boy and a nearly 1 year old girl, and boy is totally feral at the moment. Hasn’t really recovered since arrival of baby sister, plus split with partner when baby was 9 weeks old. He has had so much change bless him and he is only a month in to living over two houses. But his behaviour is so challenging at times - very rough with little sister, lots of tantrums, very hitty, very unsafe to take out. But and angel at preschool 🤨 is this normal for little boys?!?!?

I can't answer for all 3 year olds, but my dgs is 3.5 and he and his little friends are definitely pretty feral! He's a ball of non stop motion, strong opinions and sometimes attitude! Needs LOTS of outdoor exercise every day like a puppy!
(and is about to be a big brother.. help!) He has no fear, doesn't look back when bolting off in the wrong directions either!

But is also sweet, funny and affectionate..

I don't think it's just boys (his best friend is a girl and she is even more feral!) it's personality... I had 4 kids and two were 'easy' and two were not..it was just them!

But lots of life changes WILL affect him... just stay consistent and it will pass :)

Thank you for replying! Yes my friend said you just need to “whether the storm”. Sometimes it’s hard to see it will pass ….. I also need to remember that my cup is often more full as I am solo parenting two very small children. Thanks again
