Like i said sertraline taken edge off but every day is a constant battle like 2 people arguing in my head.Iwill go back and ask about being assessed.Have appt booked week on thurs so will prob use that one depending how i "manage"next week.Really have to take it day by day.If it gets too much will make another emergency appointment.

we will be here, I won't say try not to worry, but look around you YOU ARE COPING you are getting things done, you are just going through a very difficult time at the moment, acknowledge that fact, give yourself a hug and start making a plan of how your going to get better.

Start with the GP appointment, diet (add some fish oil supplements very helpful for OCD/depression/anxiety), be kind to yourself!

Hope you sleep ok tonight
