Baby still hungry after breastfeeding

Hi fellow mamas, so basically I have a ds 9week old and from about 5weeks we switched to combination feeding from ebf. All was fine 'still is just curious' i was prepared for ds to get nipple confusing and possibly reject my breast but luckily he didn't its just the last week or 2 when he breastfeeds he latches on fine same as before but sometimes he keeps stopping and unlatching and crying so eventually I give up and give him a bottle, other times he'll take a full feed fine and be content and go to sleep as normal, other times he will feed 10mins one side happily then moan and unlatch so I switch him to other side he'll feed 10mins happily then unlatch and moan (I check my boobs and there not 'finished/empty' so he has more milk of he wants it) so I give him a bottle and he's happy and content after that. So it's like why? he's latching/nursing fine, he's getting milk, majority of time happy to do so but still nearly always wants a bottle aswell, like yum thanks for that now wheres the bottle??? H.v once said woman don't dry up when they feed less but the quality of .milk decreases so I'm thinking maybe my milk is not as fatty or filling anymore? So it's more of a treat/snack/drink for him instead of a main meal or?? Anyone experienced this?

How do you want to continue @Mememoo? Do you want advise on continuing BFing alongside FFing or are you looking to go fully FF?

I'm going to be switching to just formula at the end of year so it's not a big problem if anything it's helped with the guilt and sadness about stopping, I was just curious as to why?
