Should I be concerned about my 6 1/2 month old

I’ve looked after babies for years, when it comes to my own I’m questioning things.
He’s 6 1/2 months old, repeatedly moves his hands either around or likes to slap, makes an “mmmmmmm” sound to show he’s tired or frustrated and tends to enjoy shaking his head back and forth on a few occasions throughout the day. He tends to do it in his next to me at night time also, but against the side of the crib.
Otherwise he’s a happy, over smiley content baby. Wakes up in the morning and doesn’t wake me by crying but cooing or moving around smiling, he’s rolling over, eating with his hands, wants to stand rather than learn to sit, loves kicking his feet on the bath and likes to screech or gurgle.
My question is, is this normal?

Sounds completely normal to me 😊

Nothing you've said would worry me. Babies make all sorts of weird movements as they discover what their bodies can do, and some of them have very definite priorities that may or may not match what the milestone lists say. DD1 was cruising before she bothered rolling back to tummy – I used to wonder if she was going to fall and get stuck on her back like a turtle. Your boy might be similar with standing versus sitting.
