Nursery called yesterday to say they were starting "triple a" with my 3 year old son due to him hitting a lot
It's been an ongoing issue with him hitting for around 18 months
When I googled triple a it comes up with autism / adhd ?

He's always hit milestones on time, speech is great, sleep is great and eats well. He sits and plays well, but he can be "hyper" but I would say most 3 year olds can be?

I don't really know what to think of this, has anyone been through similar ?

I'm a bit surprised that the Nursery haven't asked to see you and that it's taken 18 months to raise any concerns.

Is your DS just three @August21yellowbaby?

Yes he just turned 3 a few weeks ago

Ok so whilst some 3 year old do hit, it's the sort of behaviour that most are growing out of.

Sometimes it can be through frustration when they can't express themselves.

If you do this ample progress checker, how does he score?

Simple not ample! 🤦‍♀️
