Hi, I have a 21 month old boy who has recently really limited the foods he will eat down to about 2 meals of either or peanut butter on toast or vegetable fritters (he will eat some other snacks of yoghurt, rice cakes etc). I don’t know how best to approach it and was wondering if anyone can recommend some readying material or books etc or who I should speak to for advice? Currently if he refuses to eat I will try and offer alternatives and not sure if this is making the situation worse. He still has 3 bottles of formula a day which I know he should not be having

Take a look a SR Nutrition on instagram. I’d say try not to offer alternatives as that tends to make fussy eating worse. Continue to expose and offer meals as you usually would but with some safe foods on the side - chicken drumsticks with veg and veggie fritters on the side for example. We had a similar thing and persistence and exposure helped us come out of the other side x
