4 1/2 yo having accidents at home

Hi just after a bit of advice as we've tried everything I can think of!

DS is 4 1/2 and had been dry in the day for ages but suddenly has started wetting his pants again. Enough that he had to be changed both pants and bottoms multiple times a day. He isn't dry at night, I know that just happens by itself but I've no idea why this day wetting has suddenly started again. He doesn't do it anywhere but at home is the thing. He's fine at nursery (1 small accident I can think of in months and months) and also fine visiting other people and out and about in the day. We've tried everything, reward charts, pick a little sweet each time he's dry, loads of praise, ignoring the wetting, taking him frequently ourselves, even tried getting him to sit on the time out chair as a last resort each time he wets now which obviously we don't like but absolutely nothing has any effect. Sometimes he's distracted with other things, sometimes he says he just does it when he's in the toilet before he takes his pants down to actually go properly. I thought about taking him to the Dr but he's not in any discomfort? Could there still be an issue maybe?

I'm well aware these things pass eventually but it's been over 2 months of this now and it's ridiculous how much washing I'm having to do so any advice would be amazing. We have moved house recently so I wondered if that could play a part but toilets are accessible and he's not had any other issue with moving?

Thanks all
