Been in contact with my 4 year old’s SALT. He was getting assessed for Situational Mutism, as well as waiting for therapy for a speech delay.
The therapist says he is on the waiting list for Speech therapy, as well as on the Situational Mutism pathway, although they think it’s ’speech related anxiety’ rather than SM?
I can’t find anything online about speech related anxiety, does anyone have any links or info?
