My little boy who is 3 months old since being more alert has started vomiting in social situations whether that be at a play group or with family and friends. He doesn't show any other signs of anxiety and it doesn't change whether I'm holding him or not. If we was to stay at home indoors then we have zero vomiting just your typical occasional small amounts of spit up. Has anyone else experienced something similar?
