Baby spinning in sleep at three weeks-- what can she wear?!

Hello all, my baby has started spinning around in her crib which I know means she can no longer be swaddled. However, the temperature in the bedroom is currently 21 degrees day and night which isn't quite warm enough for just a vest and sleepsuit. To complicate things further, she's tiny so her head is too small for a sleeping bag still! Any recommendations for how to avoid her being absolutely freezing? Thanks!

Could you put her feet against the bottom of the crib and tick her in with a baby blanket?

I have tried this but unfortunately it didn't help-- she just kicks off the blanket and spins anyway Envy

Another vote for the little newborn sleeping bags. We had grosnug ones, which I think went down to 5 lbs, but there are definitely other small ones about. You can also get warmer babygrows if you'd rather do vest and babygrow.
